Terms and Conditions
Deluxe Limousine Service (“DLS”) offers its limousine services subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
Confirmation of Bookings:
- DLS requires details of a valid Visa Card, Master Card or American Express card before accepting a reservation unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed to.
- DLS reserves the right to charge your credit card all applicable charges either prior to the journey’s commencement or after the completion of the journey.
- DLS reserves the right to refuse a request if the details of credit card provided are found to be invalid, or the requested service is deemed by DLS to be unserviceable.
- For all reservations requests made be email, DLS will forward the customer a confirmation sheet which should reflect accurately the details of the service requested.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to verify those details and inform DLS immediately of any incorrect information
Payments and Charges:
- A 5% Merchant Fee applies to all payments made by American Express card.
- Point to Point transfers are fixed price services and any additional stops or detour during point to point transfers will incur extra charges.
- Please note that there is a (10) min grace period for all point to point transfers. Additional charges will apply in 15min increments beyond the grace period.
- For pick ups from Sydney Domestic Terminals, there is a (30) min grace period from the lading time of the flight on terminal monitors.
- For pick ups from Sydney International Terminal, there is a (45) grace period from the landing time. Additional charges will apply in 15 min increments.
- A surcharge applies to all Special Events and Major Sporting Events services.
- Minimum number of hours for Hourly or As Directed service is (2) hours.
- A 20% surcharge applies to all services between 2200hrs and 0600hrs.
- Vehicle type is not guaranteed and can vary from Holden Caprice to luxury prestige, including Mercedes Benz, BMW or Lexus, depending on availability.
- Specific vehicle requests are subject to availability, and will carry an additional loading of 30% above the nominated price for the service.
Cancellations:
- A minimum of one hour notice is required for cancellation of a point to point corporate transfer, except for bookings before 0800hrs. For cancellation of bookings before 0800hrs, notice must be given by phone or email no later than 2000hrs the night before or late cancellation fee will be charged for the full amount of the booked service.
- A “No Show” is considered a late cancellation and will result in the full amount of the journey/service being charged.
- In the event that you can not locate your chauffeur, please contact us on 0409 551 552 (+61 409 551 552 International), for assistance or a “No Show” charge for the full amount of the booked service will apply.
Deluxe Limousine Service reserves the right to amend, modify or change any of the above terms and conditions without any notice.
